The Foundation
There is so much confusion and misinformation on the nervous system and how to work with it, that it can be hard to know where to even start with figuring out how to stop getting overwhelmed and shutting down whenever you're trying to take steps forward in your business or your life goals.
We start with really understanding what it is, why it reacts the way it does to things that we KNOW aren't actually life threatening and what the strategies are for being able to get out of being stuck.
You will learn: What it is, how it works and how you can get back in the drivers seat instead of feeling like you're a hostage to your own brain.

Procrastination. Endless preparation. The offer you never send. The post you never publish. We tend to think that the avoidance and the feeling stuck is the problem, its not. Its the symptom and in order to fix it, you need to know exactly what is triggering your survival mechanism. Because if your nervous system is treating growth, visibility, and forward movement as threats, and generating very convincing reasons to stay still instead, you're going to have a really tough time getting to your goals. In this section you'll learn to recognize the disguises your activation wears, and how to regulate through them rather than around them.
You will learn: What your triggers are and create a personalized plan to stop them.
You Don't Do This Work Alone
Nervous system regulation is not a solo pursuit, if fact co regulation and time spent with community is actually a powerful way to manage your nervous system, The support built into this program is part of the work itself. Tarryne teaches live every week, which means real-time teaching, real answers to what is actually coming up for you, and the kind of presence that comes from 16 years of coaching experience in the room. You are not sitting with a pre-recorded course and hoping it applies to your situation.
Each week you also have one individual coaching session with a member of the Coaching Team, a private space to get real support from experienced professional coaches. Throughout the program you have full access to the Coaches Community space, including the library of past monthly challenges, so you are never short of tools for whatever else is coming up alongside the program.
You will get: Live weekly teaching from Tarryne, one individual coaching session per week with the CCM team, full community access and the past Monthly Challenge library.
Why the Usual Solutions Don't Fix It
More Mindset Work
Mindset work changes the thought. But the identity pattern is stored in the body, not the mind. You can believe something new at a cognitive level and still have your nervous system flood with the old activation the moment something real is at stake. Thinking your way out of a somatic pattern doesn't work. It never has.
Better Strategy
Strategy is only as useful as your capacity to implement it. When your nervous system is treating forward movement as a threat, you can have the clearest strategy in the world and still find yourself doing everything except the thing it requires. The problem is not the plan. It is the activation underneath it.
Pushing Through It
Willpower is a short-term resource. You can override your nervous system for a while, but you cannot override it consistently enough to build a business on. And every time you do, the system comes back harder because pushing itself can make the fear response worse. Sustainable momentum requires a regulated system, not a more disciplined one.
When you regulate your nervous system, you do not just feel better.

I built this program the way I build everything: by doing the work myself first, long before I ever teach it to you. Every tool in here is something I actually use. Every distinction we cover is something I had to learn to feel in my own body before I could teach it to a room full of coaches.
With 16 years and over 7000 hours of individual sessions across self-employed, contract, and corporate environments, I have supported hundreds of coaches in developing the inner transformation and outer mastery to build practices that genuinely transform lives.
My journey to conscious coaching was shaped by a profound personal experience of trauma that led to treatment-resistant depression and a psychiatric breakdown. The coaching-based recovery from which gave me not only the tools of coaching, but the wisdom of someone who has lived the work.
