Live Teaching
Weekly Calls with Tarryne
All live teaching calls are on Mondays at 10am CT. Join using the button below. Replays are posted in the community shortly after each live call, so you will not miss anything if you cannot attend live.
Workbooks
Your Weekly Workbooks
Your workbook for each week will be given to you on the live call and sent out to you afterwards. It includes the core concepts, your practical tools, and the reflection prompts to work with between sessions.
