The 3 Skills of
Exceptional Coaches
Most coach training teaches you what to do. This masterclass is about why it works, what’s happening when it doesn’t, and how to cultivate the three things that separate a good coach from an exceptional one.

change you as a coach
This isn’t about learning more tools or creating perfect coaching scripts. This is about deepening your understanding and actually using what you already have in a much more powerful way.
01
Skill One
Understanding Your Client’s Brain
There’s nothing scarier than a client not getting results. You’re throwing your best tools into the mix and nothing’s working. The client’s stuck, resisting, and you go straight to “maybe I’m not a good coach.”
When you understand the neuroscience behind your client’s behavior, resistance, and capacity for change, your coaching transforms from technique-following to coaching with precision, because you’ll know what’s happening and which tools will actually land.
You’ll learn: The three systems controlling your client, why your tools fail in a session, and what to do next.
02
Skill Two
The Inner Work
You don’t see the world as it is, you see the world as you are. The places where you’re still doing your own inner work are the places where your coaching will be limited.
This isn’t about being perfectly healed before you coach. This is about noticing your own activation, agendas and triggers and having a simple process to stop them from interfering with your sessions.
You’ll learn: How to spot your coaching shadow, the identity patterns that make you freeze, push too hard, or freak out — and what to do so you can stay focused and effective.
03
Skill Three
Intuition
Intuition is not a gift some coaches have and others don’t. It is already present in every coach, which means it’s not something you have to learn to do, it’s something you have to learn to hear.
When intuition is accessible, your coaching becomes more fluid. You can sense things your client may not be fully aware of yet, and trust it for powerful split-second decisions and an almost magical knowing of what to do next.
You’ll learn: The most common barriers to intuitive access and how to build the skill of accessing it in a session.
“It almost never comes down to the tools. It comes down to responsiveness — the ability to read your client, know what’s actually happening, and have the presence to switch strategies in the moment.”
