ACC certification requirements

If completed before January 1, 2027, the following is the mentor path to submit your portfolio application for ACC ICF Certification.

ICF Mentor Coach sessions

Complete your required mentoring hours with our in-house ICF-accredited mentor coach Nola Gephart and move closer to your ACC certification

To complete the practicum requirements for ICF accreditation, you will need to have done 10 hours of coaching mentoring. Within the CCM program we have built in 7 hours of mentoring through the group and 1:1 mentoring. The ICF requires that the remaining 3 be hour long, 1:1 sessions with an accredited mentor coach to evaluate your coaching sessions for potential submission.

A list of coach mentors is available through the ICF and a session is typically charged at $250 per hour. 

The Conscious Coach Method has an in house accredited ICF coach, Nola Gephart, who is available to complete your 3 mandatory hours (or all 10 if you are not taking the CCM certification).  Nola offers a special rate to CCM students of $175 per session. 

How it works

1- Book and pay below

Use the calendar and Stripe link to select your session time and complete payment.

2-  Send your Zoom recording (3+ days before)

Email Nola the recording of the session you'd like reviewed at least 3 days before. The session will be cancelled if the recording is not sent in advance. Make sure the link is set to "anyone with this link" can access.

3-  Receive detailed feedback

Nola reviews your session with timestamped feedback on which ICF competencies were demonstrated and how.

4-  Review together during your session

You'll work through Nola's feedback live and identify how to apply it in future coaching recordings.

5-  Coach, implement, and repeat

ICF requires that you wait at least one week between sessions to coach and apply the feedback before your next submission.

The goal of the mentor sessions is to up level coaching to get a submission that should be ICF approved. Ultimately, they ICF have final say as to whether or not a submission is approved and this acceptance is NOT under the control of Nola or The Conscious Coach Method team.
