The Imposter Syndrome Fix is a practical workshop that helps participants rethink their relationship with imposter syndrome and understand what’s actually happening in moments of self-doubt.

Rather than treating imposter syndrome as an identity or flaw, the workshop re-frames it as a pattern of thoughts and emotions that can be recognized and interrupted in real time. Participants learn a simple awareness tool, explore common types of “imposter moments,” and leave with a more grounded, empowering way to respond when self-doubt shows up.
