Every week you have two opportunities get coached with the group, on what's really showing up for you in your practice, your confidence, your identity as a coach. With Tarryne and with the wider coaching team, these calls are where so many breakthroughs happen. You'll also get to learn from other members experiences.
This is where you get to practice your coaching in a safe, structured space with feedback and facilitation. You'll coach your coaching mentor, and observe others coaching in action. Because there is no shortcut to developing presence and skill. You have to do the reps, in a space where it's safe to be imperfect.
Monthly training and masterclasses
Ongoing development in the areas that actually move the needle for conscious coaches: identity work, mindset, emotional regulation, presence, energy management, and more. Each month adds a new layer of skill and confidence.
Weekly Co Working Sessions
Consistent weekly sessions to help you stay focused on the tough work, body doubling (for our Neurospicy members!) and be held accountable for getting the work done in your business.
Access to the Conscious Coaches Method training library
Everything from Tarryne's training archive. All modules, workshops, resources are yours to access and revisit as you need. The kind of deep work that you'll come back to at different stages of your journey and find something new every time.
