I've been having some deep shifts over the last several months that have altered my whole philosophy of what we're creating here. When it came together it was like being struck by lightning. My whole body was electrified and I knew I was on the right path.

I realized something new was emerging.

You know those coaching sessions where you walk away feeling like something sacred just happened? Where you didn't just help someone solve a problem - you helped them come home to themselves? Where the transformation was so deep it felt like you were both changed by it?

Goosebumps.

I’ve been deep diving into why that happens so often in my coaching and what makes some coaches absolutely magnetic and transformational while others struggle to create real change.

And here's what crystalized: The most powerful coaches are the ones who show up as their whole, authentic and healing selves. They are deeply connected, conscious and they create the perfect space to help their clients become that too.

They are Conscious Coaches.

So with my heart beating wildly and my intuition SINGING in my bones, today during our monthly coaches gathering I announced that the community is shifting to embody this beautiful philosophy. 

We are letting go of Change One Woman.

The Conscious Coach Method. 

We’re developing our own coaching philosophy, our own multi faceted approach to creating life altering client experiences. And our own certification program to help more coaches tap into the magic connection between practical strategies and their own unique intuitive gifts. 

What we're doing isn't just coach training. We're creating conscious coaches who understand that when combined with great strategies, their presence is their most powerful tool. Coaches who trust their own wisdom while developing the tangible skills to create transformational shifts. Coaches who see their work as sacred and their clients as whole human beings, not just problems to solve.

Because here's what I know after 15 years: the coaching industry is full of techniques, frameworks and formulas. But what actually creates transformation? Conscious connection. Authentic presence. The confidence and KNOWING to wield coaching tools like a magic wand.

And that can't be taught through scripts or strategies. It has to be developed from the inside out. 

It’s deep work which needs the full support and transformational energy of a powerful community around you, which is why the Coaches Community will still be a vital part of this evolution. 

Over the next week we’re going to be transitioning all our work over to www.theconsciouscoachmethod.com and I’ll also be sharing more about the certification program as we get closer to opening up enrollment.

I can't wait to share more about what this means for the community going forward. But for now, just know, my heart is full with the knowledge that I’m connected to incredible people like you. People who through their conscious connections are changing the world.
