How it works:

Sign up for 3 months worth of community membership and private coaching support. 

Get immediate access to the community space, all workshop replays, and notification of upcoming classes and events.

Log in to your membership dashboard to access the coaching schedule and book your sessions. Coaches are randomly assigned based on availability.

Terms and Conditions for Monthly Coaching Membership

  1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the Monthly Coaching Membership provided by Change One Woman Coaches Community. By subscribing to the membership, you agree to these terms.
  2. Membership Inclusions As a member, you will receive the following benefits:
  • Weekly 30-minute private coaching sessions: Sessions are scheduled based on coaches availability. All effort will be made to ensure reasonable availability. 
  • Weekly live workshops: Workshops, masterclasses and group format coaching on relevant topics delivered in a live format.
  • Replay library access: Members will have access to a library of past workshop replays for the duration of their membership.
  1. Coaching Sessions
  • Client-initiated cancellations: If you need to cancel a session, you may reschedule it for another available time within the same week. If you do not reschedule the session within that week, the session is forfeited.
  • Coach-initiated cancellations: In the rare event that the coach needs to cancel a session, effort will be made to provide an alternative coach for the session. If that isn't possible  you will have the option to reschedule for another time in the same or any future week to ensure you don’t lose your session.
  • Responsibility for scheduling: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they schedule and attend their coaching sessions. Missed sessions that are not rescheduled will not carry over to future weeks.
  1. Membership Cancellation
  • You may cancel your membership at any time without penalty.
  • There are no refunds for membership fees that have already been paid. Once the membership fee is charged for a given month, access will continue through the remainder of that month even if you cancel.

No Guarantees on Results Coaching is a collaborative process, and results can vary significantly based on individual circumstances, actions, and commitment.Change One Woman Coaches Community makes no guarantees or promises regarding specific outcomes or results from the coaching sessions or workshops. It is the client’s responsibility to take action and apply the insights gained from coaching.
  2. Disclaimer By participating in the coaching program, you acknowledge that coaching is not therapy, nor is it a substitute for professional mental health services. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please seek help from a licensed professional.
  3. Amendments to Terms Change One Woman Coaches Community reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect upon the next billing cycle.
  4. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania. USA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pennsylvania. USA.
